FlexSystem Holdings Limited（「本公司」）要求，本公司的股份將於二零一二年五月十七日上午九時正起暫停於香港聯合交易所有限公司創業板進行買賣，以待本公司刊發一份有關本公司證券配售之公告。
SUSPENSION OF TRADING
At the request of FlexSystem Holdings Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 17 May 2012 pending the release of an announcement of the Company in relation to placing of securities of the Company.
